Our food is vegetarian and cooked by our on-site team of dedicated chefs. Our meals rotate through a three-week rota of menus to ensure variety. Everything is freshly made on-site with an emphasis on tasty foods, with fresh local produce. The Gower School provides organic milk exclusively supplied by Red Tractor farms.
Our School Chefs are Mr Yousif Abdulla (Head of Hospitality and Catering), Mr Terry Howard (Sous Chef), Mrs Monique Bimitia (Chef) and Miss Rumana Aktar (Kitchen Assistant).
